RUPERT, ID | 2016 Chevrolet TahoeApril 10, 2023The work was good, however the communication is horrible. I have had to call to find anything out. I was told my car would be ready by Monday, I call Monday afternoon to find out when I can pick it up and am told not all the parts came in so they need to keep it longer, then I call 2 days later to be told more parts haven't come in but they can get it ready and I can bring it back for the last few parts to be installed. So I pick up my car, it is not complete and I wait 2 weeks still don't hear anything so again I call and am told that Austin is out looking at parts to see if mine came in and he will call me back that day. It is now Monday, I called on Friday. So needless to say I am very frustrated. I still have an incomplete carResponse from Young Buick GMC of Burley
