    I like the video reviews. Would like a little better communication about completion of services though. Been having to call to find out if my vehicles are ready or not.

    Arrived on July 1, simply wanting to physically how an Buick Encore looked in person, not intending to buy on that date. I had shopped for Encores at various on-line locations, and wanted to view one physically. As I wanked through your new car inventory around the Lot I was unable to find an Encore. At that point, Luis came out, introduced himself and listened patiently as I stated no desire to buy today. In looking around the lot, Luis showed me a 2021 ENCORE GX which had only arrived a day earlier. After learning the difference e between the Encore and the Encore GX brands, I soon realized that it was the GX which made the most sense to me. But it was over the amount I had previously decided was my limit. Luis arranged for me to take a test drive of the GX just in, and I was very impressed, but still back in the office having previously been though many tortuous strung out negotiations when purchasing new vehicles oven the past 40 years, I was determined not to go through that again. But after asking and receiving answers to numerous questions from :Luis, Cameron and the Sales Mgr. (I believe John), I agreed to the deal on that date. Still I insisted that I needed to go home, clearing my head and thinking about the decision I was on the verge of buying. After a few phone conversations with Luis and again the Sales Mgr, I agreed to the purchase. Young GMC should recognize that Luis was able to sell a car that the buyer (me) had no intention of buying on that date. In sum, one of the better car buying experiences I have had over the course of my life.
